Detailed Job Description:

Infrastructure Support (Infra Support)

Senior Infra Lead with hands on experience in setting up Linux environments.
Resource will coordinate with Client IT teams for environment upgrades and keeping the Dev environments current as per Client IT standards.
Good in communication and coordination.
Infra Support role with hands on infra support experience manage various infrastructure aspects including (but not limited to).
OS & database upgrades, installation of patches (liaison with SA/DBA etc).
Responsible for upgrades only and not for any testing etc
Work with CTI to procure hardware, storage etc
Closely monitor applications’ s tech stack (software/middleware components) and upgrade as needed.

Manage existing infrastructure and add/expand capacity by analyzing current utilization and expecting future growth
Open CAP (corrective action plan)/RA (risk acceptance) by working with Client’s internal risk & control groups

Mandatory Skills:

Hands on experience in setting up Linux environments
