Inside Sales Representative for Kitchen and Bath Cabinets

Panda Plus Cabinetry is a semi-custom manufacturer specializing in European style cabinetry for residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for a motivated inside sales representative to drive new business. As an Insides Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clientele. Your role will focus on following up with leads, preparing quotes, and providing product details—all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries

- Prepare and send quotes based on client’s needs and project specs

- Reach out to potential customers via phone and email to generate new leads

- Understand and communicate our cabinetry line, and finishes

- Work closely with our production team to ensure accurate timelines

- Design and interpret kitchen layouts and floorplans

Qualifications:

- Previous sales & marketing experience

- Knowledge of cabinetry, kitchen/bath design, or general construction terminology preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple customer accounts and project timelines

- Interest in interior design is a plus

- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

- Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not necessary

There will be a training period if you have no prior experience with kitchen design and sales
