Integration Business Analyst

Role : Pharma Business AnalystDescription : Required 10+yrs exp candidatesJD :

• Lead integration requirements capture sessions with business and customer stakeholders.
• Write clear and concise documentation and project artifacts to facilitate on-going development.
• Develop use cases, technical research and customer feedback into technical requirements for execution by our Development group.
• Support and assist with development of test cases and test plans.
• Properly document, communicate and enforce project deliverables, roles, milestones and timelines.
• Provide project management and operational support to Development and Solutions Delivery team.
• Perform root cause analysis leveraging SQL and other tools.
• Deep dive into different business areas to deliver workflow optimization through electronic data exchange.
• Continuously set and manage external and internal customer expectations.

• 5+ years of integration experience, preferably in a SaaS / technical environment.
• A strong facilitator who can work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain operational knowledge at a detailed level quickly.
• Experience across a range of integration approaches, including streaming, EDI, API, JSON, XML, and flat file integration.
• Resourcefulness and ability to find solutions in ambiguous situations.
• Exceptional written communication skills for technical user story development.
• Multitasking and effective prioritization of critical tasks and conflicting requirements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of teams.
• Knowledge and experience working in Agile development methodology, and an ability to meet release cadence milestones.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience with supply chain data integration with major commercial ERP software packages, such as SAP, JDA, E2OPEN, Oracle, or others.
• General understanding of the software development lifecycle and management of technology.
• Familiarity with analytical tools, such as spreadsheets, business intelligence applications, and SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Must have experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Boomi, Amazon Web Services a plus.
• Pharma/Healthcare experience a plus
