Roles & Responsibilities: • Must have Advanced MS Excel skills to assist with Financial Reporting• Manage a centralized Capital Hardware Spend and Budget/Projection process.• Support Digital Capability Managers regarding financial requirements and Purchase Order coding.• Leverage financial and operational insights to advise decision making and identify improvement opportunities.• Direct experience and subject matter expertise in IT Hardware procurement, amortization of assets, and Capitalization processes, particularly in IT.• Partner with IT Finance to foster transparency on the IT-Capital spend worldwide and support the delivery of the IT-Capital budget-projection. Skills Required:•Must have Advanced MS Excel skills to assist with Financial Reporting• 3-5 years’ experience in IT and/or Finance preferably based at a bio/pharmaceutical company.• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent experience.• Direct experience and subject matter expertise in IT Hardware procurement, purchase order, and invoicing processes, particularly in IT.• A working knowledge of all information systems and technology relevant to role, including but not limited to ServiceNow, SAP, Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote) and SharePoint
