Summary:The Project Manager is accountable for working closely with the Business and Technology to ensure the success and execution of all projects under their supervision. The Project Manager works with the Business to build the business case and then plans, executes, and delivers all projects on time, on budget, and within scope in accordance with business priorities. Throughout the life cycle of each project, the manager tracks and reports project status, while managing project resources to mitigate issues and risks. Project Manager will focus on the following: This (project) role will be for an Office 365 to Google Docs (North American Conversion). Experience with either solution and associated conversion is desired.Create a partnership relationship with the Business Sponsor and ensure the delivery of a successful PPM (Project Portfolio Management) service. Focus on the following Project Management disciplines:Time Mgt- Define and create project plans for Project deliveryFinancial Mgt - Delivery of Project on budgetResource Mgt - Management of and accountable for Internal/External resourcesIssue/Risk Mgt- Tracking, escalation and resolution as appropriateVendor Mgt- Accountable for third partiesScope Mgt- Delivery of defined scope/responsible for Change Mgt processCommunications Mgt- Stakeholder Mgt/SteerCos/Org Change Mgt/Training/etc.Partner with Business Sponsors and other key stakeholders to define success metrics and criteria including business case developmentEnsure all projects meet success parameters and financial (e.g. - ROI) targets stated in business caseFacilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projectsEnsure all projects adhere to project methodology compliance standards set by the company via the PMLC-SDLCThe Project Manager will report directly into the PMO

Required Skills:Excellent project management, organization, and team collaboration skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to deliver presentations to senior leadership.Excellent facilitation, collaboration, and negotiation skillsComfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictabilityAbility to work as part of a team and autonomouslyProficient with the Project and Portfolio Management Tools (MS Project, Clarity, Planview, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, etc.)Exceptional/comprehensive understanding of PMLC & SDLC conceptsUnderstanding of project methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile; Iterative, SCRUM, RUP, etc.)

Specialized/SME Skills

· Primary

o Office 365/Google Docs conversions

· Secondary/Possible Future Work Efforts

o Voice, PBX, VOIP, LAN, WAN, etc. (hands on experience preferred)

SCADA experience helpfulo CCNP, CCNA, CCDP, or similar certifications/experience helpful

Education/Equivalent:Experience in Utilities industry preferred but not requiredBA/BS- Computer Science preferred, BA/BS Business Disciplines preferredPMI, Prince or equivalent Project Management Certification preferredITIL Certification preferred but not required

Work Experience Needed

· At least 5 years of experience delivering large scale project over $1M in budget

· Experience working in a formalized PMO governance structure
