ServiceNow experience is requiredPOSITION SUMMARY: The new hire onboarding Coordinator will be the single point of contact responsible for ensuring that new hires for specified departments are onboarded successfully and within defined SLAPRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: This person will be responsible with coordinating with the various in-house technology depts to make sure that new hires have the right equipment- i.e. laptops, phones, access to VPN’s when they start. They will handle the Service Now tickets (not to fix technical problems) but to make sure things are being followed up on.
  • Log & Track all new hire requests from HR for associates and contractors for various business units
  • Validate that onboarding ticket has been opened in Service now for new hire
  • Work with hiring manger to raise requests if no onboarding ticket is raised
  • Track ticket onboarding request and ensure that delivery teams are executing against ticket within defined SLA
  • Ensure that all new hardware is shipped together within defined SLA
  • Validate pre / post-Start Date of new Hire is operational addressing issues with delivery teams as appropriate
  • Provide Day 1 support to ensure issues around are onboarded.
  • Creation of new role onboarding templates for the Department if new roles are added to the organization
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Comply with all regulations pertaining to BSA, USA PATRIOT ACT, and OFAC. Complete annual BSA training. Report suspicions of criminal activity, or any attempt to avoid BSA reporting requirements on the part of customers or employees, to the AML/BSA Compliance Department. For supervisory positions, ensure BSA training requirements are completed by staff.
  • Provide leadership, vision and oversights across the pillars to provide holistic experiences.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA):
  • Experience in banking industry would be beneficial but not required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Project management experience
  • Customer service experience being able to clearly communicate with Technical and Non-Technical teams
  • Experience with working across multiple teams to deliver
  • Experience with onboarding IT assets
