Your role ensures every interaction delivers high-quality, customer-focused technical support. You’ll fostering a culture of excellence through clear direction, mentoring, and meaningful development opportunities. Champion Operational Excellence in Digital Services: Lead daily operations of contact centre digital platforms, ensuring they’re secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective. You’ll drive continuous improvement through smart monitoring and proactive problem solving.  Be the Bridge Between People and Platforms: Collaborate closely with Service Directors, Contact Centre leaders, and Support Services teams. You’ll keep stakeholders informed, engaged and aligned while also building strong partnerships with key technology suppliers.Drive Smart Commercial and Vendor Strategy: Own the commercial side of platform operations, from licensing and compliance to budgeting and vendor management.
