IT Project Manager

Role: IT Project ManagerLocation: Weehawken, NJDuration: ContractWe’re looking for an IT Project Manager to:• lead the delivery of IT projects, focusing on the Customer Identity Access Management area• be accountable for delivering results by implementing industry best practices for project management, manage the budget, risk, dependencies, quality and change at project level• drive effective project governance to stay in line with scope, budget and timelines• assess and remediate risks and issues, tracking these plus deliverables on our RAID reports• liaise with project stakeholders at all levels, building trust and strong relationships to gaining go forward decisions and signoffs • build collaborative and constructive relationships across multiple technology and business streams• allocate, utilize and direct personnel resources to drive projects to completion• be a champion for adoption and implementation of agile principles and methodologiesYour teamSecurity is a global organization within Group Technology Infrastructure and Security Engineering. Our services focus on access management for applications and infrastructure, identity management for users, identity access management for customers, directories, detecting/preventing measures for cyber threats, and exchanging/storing data securely. We provide consolidated and reliable security services that implement secure design principles, and create best-fit solutions.You’ll be working in the Customer Identity Access Management team based in Weehawken, New Jersey. We review, develop and deliver global identity access management and authentication solutions used by our external clients throughout the bank. As an IT Project Manager, you'll play an important role in seeing that the development methodology is followed and lead technical design discussions with the architects. Our culture centers around partnership with our businesses, transparency, accountability and empowerment, and passion for the future.Our team is global, diverse and collaborative as we work across organizations to ensure that we deliver industry leading solutions to provide our external clients with the most secure access to our products and services.Your expertise• worked as an IT project manager, focusing on large scale access management and authentication projects, for ideally 10-15+ years within the finance sector • managed all facets of large-scale change projects and met deliverables • strategic thinker and excellent communicator, able to manage expectations, lead and convince• proven success managing technical delivery of solutions in agile teams• track record of continuous improvement and striving for improving project deliveries• ability to drive conversations to ensure requirements are clearly understood• adaptable and able to work effectively across different teams and functions (non-IT)• good understanding of web-based technologies including multi-tier applications, security standards and networking• able to influence at all levels and gain buy-in for plans, strategies and ideas• demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills• able to understand complex information and communicate it in a simple way• bachelor’s or equivalent with a focus in finance, technology or related subjects
