The IT Senior Business Analyst - Digital Shelf will be responsible for shaping and managing demand for IT services and solutions to maximize value creation for Campbell's digital commerce teams.

As a core resource in the PIM and Marketing content management areas, expect to play a key role in supporting digital commerce teams across the Campbell enterprise, working with a cross-section of stakeholders, advocating for technology solutions, defining, and managing short-term and long-term solutions, and delivering a backlog of digital shelf capabilities.

The successful candidate will need to work closely with business leaders and manage consultant/contingent team members. As such, this person must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a proven collaborator, and passionate about organizing people and teams.

In this role you will report to the IT Senior Manager, Digital Content.

You will have overall accountability for technology support and systems performance as well as solution delivery for business technology projects, planned and unplanned, requiring project management skills and technical expertise, with an emphasis on data. Responsibilities include strategic and tactical planning, business solutions implementation, service performance management, and budget planning and tracking.

Essential responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Partner with cross-section of stakeholders in digital commerce, content management, product information management, and integrated and brand marketing teams as well as IT.
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and align with development team(s).
  • Understand business economic and revenue drivers when solving problems.
  • Develop recommendations and presentations and facilitate discussions.
  • Develop presentations based on industry knowledge to inspire stakeholders about the art of the possible.
  • Identify change impacts and assist in preparation of change management materials.
  • Manage interactions with vendors as needed.
  • Project Manager responsibilities including establishing project timelines and schedules, managing development through the project lifecycle (SDLC or Kanban), resource planning and status reporting, PPMO updates, budgets, SOWs, PO setup, etc.
  • Obtain key input from Enterprise Architecture groups to ensure architecture compliance and identify solution interdependencies.
  • Keep current with new and emerging technologies in relevant areas of focus.
  • Analyze technology trends to determine impact on the achievement of business goals.
  • Develops Test plans & scripts and manages testing (either hands-on or managing other resources) to ensure that solutions comply with requirements.
  • Lead DevOps process including developing and curating backlog, oversight of DevOps teams, managing periodic release process and associated change management.
  • Coordinate & prioritize production support issues as needed.
  • Hands-on data & system analysis, break/fix analysis and resolution as needed.
  • Platform management, integration changes & upgrades to: 1Worldsync, Stonebranch, Salsify, LANSA, Widen, K2 and other software and digital transformation platforms.

We are looking for the following abilities and skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science, Digital Commerce, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • 7+ years of working in IT projects as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
  • Business Analysis background with tech exposure, including web/Marketing/digital shelf technologies (preferred but not required) and SDLC, Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies with a focus on DevOps, JIRA .
  • Microsoft Project experience preferred but not required.
  • Leader, fast learner, dynamic, motivated, able to push boundaries and change the status-quo.
  • Strategic thinker with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled at managing complex projects from concept to delivery.
  • Understanding of web development process and technologies, including SDLC, Waterfall and Agile methodologies with a focus on DevOps.
  • Project budgeting experience.
