Ability to establish, develop and build relationships at all levels, including technical, business, and Executive leadership. Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs. Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met. Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers. Compiling and analysing data to find trends. Developing sales strategies and setting quotas. Staying current on company offerings and industry trends. Maintaining a database of contact information. Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience. Handling complaints and negotiations. Track all sales activities using HubSpot. Requirements: Strong written and oral communication skills. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. Additional education or experience may be preferred. Must be a hunter, accustomed to developing and closing new business. Must have driven and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A contagiously positive, self-starter attitude. Passion to Win Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process. Outgoing personality and the ability to engage prospects easily over the phone, in email, and over social media, as well as onsite. Strong time management skills. Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software. Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS). Provide presentations to decision makers and executive level participants. A positive will-to-win attitude and a competitive spirit. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in relevant domain is required, or Master's level degree preferred.
