IT Support

The IT Support services will include as described below: Ø Work with other Information and Technology (IT) teams, Manufacturing, and Quality Control to provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and maintenance of computerized instruments, associated workstations, and software solutions (providing ‘on-call’ service, as needed) Ø Administer and maintain lab and/or manufacturing systems user account access requests, as appropriate. Ø Work independently to author system administration job aids and knowledge articles. Ø Assist or take primary responsibility to participate in the execution of validation protocols/Installation Verification Instructions (IVIs). Ø Ensure that computerized systems associated to lab or manufacturing systems are maintained and administered in a manner compliant with corporate and regulatory requirements (including 21 CFR Part 11). Ø Proactively identify and correct system flaws in connectivity, security, and system integration. Ø Identify and troubleshoot issues with instrumentation, associated software, and methods. Ø Perform periodic maintenance tasks to ensure performance of qualified systems. Ø Supporting Data Integrity initiatives Audit Trail Reviews, CAPAs, Access Roster reviews, etc Ø Provide after hours support of critical incidentsproject initiatives impacting production. Ø Minimum of 3+years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry The scope of support includes basic Tier-1 troubleshooting of the issues reported in above support areas and escalating it to the appropriate local/global support teams. 2.1 Technologies/Tools The technologies required for this Project Schedule are as follows: · Windows OS · WSUS · SolarWinds Patch Manager · Secure Desktop · PowerShell Onsite 5 days a week (M-F) 8:00AM - 5:00PM About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
