The IT Support Technician Internship will be responsible for:
End user support of computer workstations and associated peripherals; this may include diagnosis and troubleshooting of all organizational software, hardware and mobile devices
Uphold our commitment to customer service excellence, acting as an ambassador of the department in a professional manner
Inventory management via approved software and technology
Respond to requests for technical assistance, providing first level technical support and timely resolution or escalation
Respond to all email, phone calls and service assignments in a timely manner
Maintain records in ticket management system

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited undergraduate or graduate program at a public or private College/University, and be in good academic standing at their institution
Must be committed to completing the duration of the internship from June 2025 - August 2025
Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enrolled in coursework related to Information Technology, Information Management, or related disciplines
Excellent computer/software troubleshooting and diagnosing skills
Ability to display excellent customer service delivery with strong soft skills & provide great customer experiences
