As an IT Tool Specialist/VMO Associate you will be responsible for IT Procure-to-Pay process tools for document repository and capital project creation. To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong experience working in Microsoft Office Suite, and be adept in mastering new tools. This role will require you to quickly learn our clients document repository and capital project creation tools. You will be involved metrics tracking & reporting and engaging vendors to ensure standards compliance. Strong customer service skills are also necessary, as you will be working with various IT resources in capital project creation, and resolving issues related to the tools. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Learn document repository and capital project creation tools and understand how to leverage their capabilities.
  • Work closely with organization resources to create capital projects as a COE.
  • Upload documents to the document repository including vendor on-boarding documents and agreements (SOW, Order Forms, Quotes, MSAs, NDAs, etc.)
  • Must be able to learn how to read the document to validate it so understanding of IT and functions are important.
  • Provide status updates to requestors on the state of the documents and approvals.
  • Enforce document naming standards and work with the vendors to comply with the standards.
  • Manage user access privileges Implement role-based permission levels and develop process to handle on-going access provisioning.
  • Create approval workflows.
  • Track and report on defined metrics create dashboard, monitor activity and exception reports.
  • Support requestors/vendors to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely flow of documents.
  • Generally responsible for everything related to the document and capital project creation tools for Global IT.
Required Skills:
  • Ability to learn quickly and master new capital project creation and document repository tools.
  • Experience in working with dealing with customer service issues.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.,).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Work with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to respond and address issues quickly by following processes and procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
  • Ability to extend work hours when required.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent relevant experience
