Job Description :
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Site IT support, incident management
  • Assist Client SPOC with Reliability Calls for high priority tickets (P1/P2) investigation and resolution
  • Assist Wireless support team (Specifically for RF Device Handhelds) deployment and troubleshooting
  • Assist the site with their Pick To Light System by assisting with troubleshooting system errors/issues
  • Helps local hardware support team with checking JDE printers in JDE system
  • Provides assistance to the hardware support team for applications or processes
  • Should be conversant with ITIL process (Service/Asset management)
  • Act as coordinator for resolving incidents related to any application support in manufacturing plant
  • Worked in pharma/manufacturing plant is added advantage"
