Java Microservices Developer

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid - From day-1, resources have to work 3 days (Tue, Wed, Thu) onsite and 2 days (Mon & Fri) remote work

)This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems
Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages
Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
Passionate about building an innovative culture
Extensive experience developing with Java, building scalable microservices, and with distributed processing
Experience working in an agile development environment and delivering working code through a CI/CD approach including using automated testing approaches

Nice to have: Cassandra, Cloud experience, Hadoop/Spark, AWS
