• Manage and administer the JIRA service desk
• Monitoring their own project
• Gathering business requirements
• Mapping business requirements to JIRA configuration.
• Training
• Monitoring the system
• Merging disparate JIRA systems and modules
• Documenting a JIRA system and associated business rules
• Integrating with JIRA modules such as Insight, Insight Discovery and Confluence
• Knowledge of dynamic forms
• Knowledge with other 3rd party Jira tools
• Ability to translate gathered business requirements into appropriate JQL queries
• Ability to determine Report, Dashboards, and Gadgets configuration for appropriate projects
• Ability to determine the appropriate method to create/configure project workflows to meet gathered business needs
• Possess strong organizational skills and formal ability to address projects and timelines.

• Current work as a Jira SME
• Prior experience implementing Jira Service Desk and Software projects
• Prior experience working on projects that were started by another team or vendor
• Prior experience working with the Insight Module of Jira
• Prior experience working with the Insight Discovery Module of Jira
• Prior experience working with the Confluence module of Jira
• Jira module migration and integration experience
• Prior experience working with outside suppliers and development teams as vendors
• Business Analysis - Prior experience completing BRDs
• MS Project or another tracking tool
