Junior Data Steward

Looking for a junior associate data stewards to be responsible for the creation, maintenance and assisting with continuous improvement of master data and product data to support businesses under the guidance of more senior data stewards or managers. Will work closely with functional groups who enter a ticket - person will look at data to ensure master and product data are analyzed, controlled, entered and released into MDM and PLM business systems in a timely manner, as dictated by business needs, and then confirm with the requester. This person manages and governs transactional data (mdm and plm). Will Create, analyze, maintain, monitor and manage either master data in ERP and/or other integrated solutions in compliance with established service levels or product data in PLM, including change requests, change orders and deviations to support new product introductions and product changes. Audit data accuracy, enhance data quality, and train users to ensure continuity of results. Follow practices, policies and standards adopted by enterprise data management (EDM). Identify areas of process and data weakness and escalate to appropriate EDM team leadership. Apply policies and procedures to ensure uniform, accurate, and consistent data are present in support of sox and/or quality audit requirements. Provide testing support for upgrades, break fix, and enhancements including integration testing from various sources to target systems. The client will train in they have no experience.
