Description:
Performs a variety of basic to routine duties in support of Supply Chain operations. Takes Inventory Support Process Control, the position will process and monitors all process movements of RAW materials from receiving into Central Dispensary, processing each order for Manufacturing and non-manufacturing orders. The processor will reconciliation each batch that is as well as support administratively the tracking and reconciliation of inventory usage and variances throughout the operations • Entering material transactions from production requests and non-production requests in Oracle EBS • Stocking and dispensing materials from the B300 Central Dispensary • Entering B300 bin to bin sub-inventory movements in Oracle EBS • Cycle counting in B300 • Coordinate material requests from B410 to B300 GMP warehouse • Organize CD • Assist with inventory discrepancy investigations • Knowledgeable of all safety regulations and requirements for the storage and movement of hazardous materials. • Support Physical inventory variances and in researching/resolving any variances through reconciliation of transaction • Support daily inventory analysis/reporting using data from multiple sources (Warehouse, Production, Inventory System, etc.) to anticipate and solve any inventory control issues. Required Qualifications: • HS required, AS / BS degree preferred • Supply Chain and processing experience required • Pharmaceutical experience is strongly preferred • Knowledge of supply chain systems- ID: #22446901
