First Line of Defense (FLoD) Know Your Customer (KYC) Procedures and Process Governance KYC Analyst is a highly critical and visible role, reporting to the Procedures and Process Governance Manager - FLoD KYC Process Governance Manager. The role will support the FLoD Control Office by providing guidance on complex KYC requirements, procedures updates, processes, and help operationalize that guidance. Additionally, the individual will provide support on project management aspects around procedures and process governance.Primary Duties Include:- Coordinate meetings; Prepare meeting agenda and summary of meeting minutes;
- Track project progress using MS Project;
- Track budget and expense;
- Assist in preparing presentations using MS PowerPoint;
- Track open items and outstanding issues.
- Prior work experience with MS Project, knowledge of 2010 version;
- Good communication skills;
- Knowledge of SDLC - system development life cycle;
- Good writing skills;
- Highly versatile and motivated individual;
- Up to 3 years of experience required.
