Position: L2 SOC Analyst Location: REMOTE Required Qualifications : Experience With Endpoint Protection Platforms, Such As McAfee ePO Experience With SOAR Platforms, Such As Cortex XSOAR Experience with other security monitoring or data collection platforms, such as:Gigamon ThreatINSIGHT (or other IDS/IPS tools) Sandbox platforms (Joe Sandbox, VMRay, Hatching, etc.) Ticketing Systems (ServiceNow, Archer, etc.) Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills Ability to document and explain technical details clearly and concisely Experience with presentation of technical findings Always putting the customer first and handling or escalating concerns as needed Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities Responsibilities Security Event Detection, Triage, Analysis, and Response Investigative Process Remediation Techniques Documenting Findings Network Traffic Analysis
