  • Experience implementing Directory products such as CA Directory, ODSEE
  • Experience working with several Unix environments (AIX, Linux, HPUX, etc.)
  • Experience with programming languages, including but not limited to Java, Web Service, custom connectors and java scripts development
  • Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management processes such as user onboarding and off-boarding, user management, password management etc.
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, solution orientation in a fast-paced environment
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English
  • A team-focused mentality with the proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with O365 authentication and Authorization
  • Experience with Azure dev ops
  • Plan Sprints and document relevant user stories
  • Experience hosting services with Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Build and maintain services hosted in Azure cloud

  • Gather/Analyze and document requirements for directory integrations
  • Build, implement, deploy directory integrations across the environments and multiple data centers
  • Enable/Maintain directory integrations across the Enterprise
  • Maintain all directory instances across pre-production and production
  • Maintain/Enhance directory services/tools
  • Plan/Build/Test/implement Hardware refresh/upgrades for Directory Enterprise Edition and Directory Proxy Server with appropriate coordination across teams
  • Plan/Build/Test/implement Software upgrades for Directory Enterprise Edition and Directory Proxy Server with appropriate coordination across teams
  • Pilot and evaluate new software for Directory and Proxy Services as needed
  • Identify automation opportunities and gain efficiencies in the services
  • Implement, deliver Java programs as needed for functions such as: LDAP bulk operations
  • Implement, deliver scripts as needed on LDAP utilities
  • Build, provide training material and activities as appropriate
  • Identify automation opportunities and gain efficiencies in services
  • Perform compatibility evaluation on tools in scope for supported infrastructure
  • Drive decommissioning of retired tools/servers as needed
  • Drive/implement vulnerability assessment and remediation
  • Proactively monitor enterprise Directory and dependent services with appropriate alerting, root cause analysis and resolution
  • Provide timely reporting
  • Develop Custom queries in Splunk
  • Create Splunk dashboards
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems or a related field
