Lead C Market Data Developer

Technology Data Strategy group is responsible for developing innovative solutions using firmwide pricing and trading data. The group is responsible for delivering data products to external customers and internal users. Tradeweb Technology jobs are fully remote. The Tradeweb Technology hub is located in our Jersey City office which can be used for team meetings and collaboration efforts. There may be days where travel to the Jersey City office is recommended for organizational off-sites.

• Develop and maintain next generation Tradeweb market data distribution framework utilizing C
• Interface with internal pricing system to deliver market data to clients using TCP/IP, FIX
• Support market data business team in client site installations and remote debugging Tradeweb applications installed at client site.
• Interface with cloud data services to publish market data to cloud hosted clients.
• Migrate native apps to containers.

• Experience in building mission critical enterprise class multi-tiered, low-latency, fault tolerant, real-time streaming and batch processing services.
• Expert level C programming skills in Linux/Windows environments, utilizing object-oriented techniques.
• Experience with C STL, parallel processing with multi-threading. and socket programming with TCP/IP and multicast.
• Experience building data processing applications and ETL/ELT pipelines using python and data-science tool-kit.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud and big data tools and technologies such as Snowflake and Kafka is a plus.
• Experience in technical leadership and appetite for working in a dynamic environment managing multiple priorities
• Four-year college degree

• The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $100,000 to $250,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
