Title: Lead Clinical Oracle LSH/OBIEE Developer

Location: Princeton, NJ

Duration: Long Term

Remote to start after 1month will need to be on site in Hybrid position

Job Description:

Must Have’s for this position:
  • Lead position Must have client facing skills and excellent communications
  • Background in Support / Development with Oracle LSH
  • Background in Support / Development with OBIEE
  • Have worked in Clinical environment must have
  • Experience with SDTM (Standard Data Tabulation Method) Data mapping, Development, Safety & Adverse Event data process/ Clinical reconciliations
  • Desired Skills & Experience:
    • Minimum of 8+ years application Support and development background in Oracle LSH and OBIEE
    • Exposure in SURE application and integrated applications
    • Strong knowledge and hand on experience in PL/SQL development
    • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical R&D Life cycle, Industry process and documentation practices
    • Knowledge in clinical, pre-clinical business process and clinical data handling (clinical data loads, Database lock business process)
    • Experience in SDTM data mapping development, Safety and adverse event data process and clinical data re-conciliations
    • Hand-on experience on medical coding tools and medical dictionary handling and upgrade (MedDRA/WHODrug)
    • Hands on experience for creating and deploying Linux shell scripts and PL/SQL development tools such as SQL developer, TOAD etc.
    • Work experience in Oracle OCI and AWS environment and servers
    • Knowledge and work experience in various technologies and Operating systems
    • Knowledge of ITIL process and work experience of handling Incidents and Change Requests
    • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
    • Willingness, ability to learn new things and showing interest to take responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Handling support incidents, change requests and problem tickets independently
    • Implementing system changes and adhering process/documentations
    • Co-ordinating various IT team and ensure the application availability and business continuity
    • Co-ordinate and closely work with Business members and managing outage communications
    • Completing Business requirements on time and adhering SLAs
    • Coordinate with vendor, project/Support team members effectively
    • Analyze and Translate Business requirements to application specification
    • Managing / maintaining Oracle LSH, OBIEE applications and various COTS applications with different technologies.
    • Managing the Apps environments independently
    • License management & Routine change management, Apps. Version upgrades etc.
    • Work with minimal supervision and provide professional direction to customers
