Lead Installer-Crew Leader

AVCON Manufacturing offers to select clients installation services for the railings we manufacture. Due to demand, we are expanding that service.

As a Lead Installer, Crew Leader this is a ''hands-on'' position, working on commercial construction sites. You will be responsible for planning the work flow, on site, to complete the project on time. The crew leader will have 1-3 people they are responsible for, that answer to you and will be looking to you for direction.

This position requires OSHA 30 and SST Certification, either before you start or arranged for completion immediately after you start,

We consider you qualified if you have a working knowledge of carpentry or a trade that uses hand tools extensively.
