Lead Pre Kindergarten Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-Kindergarten Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.

Requirements:

CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Prior experience working with preschool-aged children preferred

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Passion for early childhood development and education

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment

Assess and track student progress

Communicate regularly with families and staff

Support a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
