When you step into a career with AT&T, you won’t just imagine the future-you’ll create it.As a Lead Software Delivery Prog/Project Manager your focus will be on technical projects, working to drive cross functional teams to complete deliverables within an allotted timeline and budget.The projects/programs will typically be company-wide or span multiple business units and require a high level of strategic and tactical planning. They will rarely follow a repeatable framework. You’ll use professional concepts as well as company objectives under minimum supervision to evaluate situations and data to successfully navigate and solve issues along the way. Hands-on function that ultimately results in the delivery of an application or service on the Cloud.As a Lead Software Delivery Prog/Project Manager, you will:

Conducts end to end project management of multiple large projects and may also manage sub-components of a large program.

Leads cross functional teams to complete projects or program deliverables within allotted timeline and budget.

Identifies key internal/external stakeholders necessary for project completion and develops overall strategy for executive of high value projects/program.

Drives project/program scope and objectives, guides activities of a project/program team including delegating tasks to team members, identifies resources, and establishes master timeline for deliverables.

Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion project(s) across the entire organization.

Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

Conducts project/program meetings and is responsible for project/program tracking and analysis.

Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project/program deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.

Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.

Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of major problems.

Communicates to client/vendors/leadership.

Lead, guide and support team members, and help streamline work processes to improve efficiency and consistency.

Responsibilities and Day to Day view:

Assures that the program is governed in all respects.

Under limited supervision manage projects from initiation through delivery.

Partners with Business Clients on Intake Planning & Assignment.

Manages risks and issue resolution to drive efficient and quality results.

Collaborate with Developers, Business, and multiple global stakeholders to drive Cloud Complete project deliverables.

Analysis/Reporting including metrics, scorecards, performance analysis and gap identification.

Planning including infrastructure program coordination, roadmap management, strategic and tactical planning

What you will need:

Experience: Typically requires 5-8 years’ experience.

Proven experience managing large scale projects and programs

PMP / Agile Certification (preferred)

Bachelor of Science/Information Systems/Bachelor of Administration degree or equivalent experience (preferred)

Our Lead Software Delivery Proj/Prog Mgmt earns between $130,700.00 - $196,100.00 USD Annual. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.Joining our team comes with amazing perks and benefits:
