- Frequent contact with desktop, laptop & mobile end-users, peers and managers.
- Exercise independent judgment, as well as demonstrate a continuous positive attitude and be a team player.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing desktops, laptops, servers, routers/switches, peripherals, Windows, MAC, tablets, iOS, and Android operating systems.
- Experience with LV1 MAC Desktop support is a huge plus
- Basic Active Directory administration (Adds, Moves, Changes)
- Ability to consistently diagnose complex technical problems related to mobile devices, laptops, desktops, peripherals.
