Job Description The Level 2 Tech Support Specialist will be supporting up to 100 end users (currently 45). Their primary responsibilities will include Deployment of, maintenance and management of applications and security stance on desktops and mobile computers. Though the primary duties are at a Level 2 capacity, this person will also be responsible for Tier 1 tech support, as well as Level 3 support functions, including but not limited to higher level network and server support, in addition to project based work. This role will ultimately be 70% support, and 30% project based work.
