This is the job for you.Liquidity and Account Solutions ("L&AS") is responsible for the management, marketing and sale of cash concentration and deposit management solutions to Treasury Services (TS) clients. In order to deliver the right mix of liquidity solutions to our clients, L&AS works closely with business partners across the wider JP Morgan organization - from the firm's Corporate Treasury, to JP Morgan Asset Management and JP Morgan Securities Inc. Additionally, Liquidity Solutions has oversight and manages the global TS client deposit baseThis product manager will develop and maintain an ongoing assessment of the competitive landscape to drive sales and the future product roadmap.Job requirements

Identify and pursue new opportunities to develop products, services, and capabilities to differentiate J.P. Morgan and provide unique value to Bank's clients

Capture clients' needs and feedback by leveraging research, data insights, voice of the customer and monitoring market and economic conditions impacting the commercial segment

Design and implement a product life cycle management through a segmentation analysis of the portfolio aligning all elements of the value proposition including processes, communication, pricing, and new value-added services

Identify, structure, close and manage strategic partnerships and alliances, working closely with Fintech, Technology and Venture Capital Community.

Draw upon experience in business development, Commercial Banking and Payments to identify potential deals, develop the tactics and manage the teams, process and programs needed to bring them to fruition.

Develop an innovative framework for developing scalable solutions for an effective liquidity management and frictionless payments through the availability of boundless accounts, omnichannel servicing and real time transactions.

Establish and communicate a clear methodology for continuous innovation incorporating market trends, solving customer pain points and needs as well as delivering on financial and competitive targets for the Organization.

Co-sponsor go-to-market and commercialization efforts to ensure solutions are ready to be offered to Commercial Banking clients and are set to scale.

Define and champion financial models to propose a business case for the development of new value propositions supported by strong justification of customer needs and market demand. Also, establishing clear metrics to track performance across the product lifecycle.

Continuously assess strategic talent needs and lead initiatives to evolve structure in the organization to support business strategy more effectively

Establish targets and goals for team members in a direct line and matrix environment Demonstrated leadership experience to align multiple stakeholders and coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Operations, Sales, Commercialization, Finance, Onboarding, Legal, Marketing, Risk & Control.

Lead multidisciplinary teams (including Product, Sales, Technology, Investments) to design and commercialize new product partnerships, including strategic investments

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5 - 8 years of experience in payments, product management & new product development.

Expert in new business development with a passion to convert complex situations into feasible solutions with clear value to the Client and monetizable for the Organization

Manage financial performance and payments product line profitability.

Demonstrated thought leadership, strategic and analytical skills.

Demonstrated ability to bring successful products and innovations to market.

Innovative thinker that can drive change through the organization.

High intellectual curiosity and desire to marry traditional and emerging methods of payment to solve developing client needs

Excellent executive communication, influence, negotiation and presentation skills.

Proven leadership ability to engage individuals and develop high performing teams.
