Litigation Attorney/Lawyer (NJ Barred - FULLY REMOTE)

Description FULLY REMOTE ROLEOur client, a boutique Commercial Litigation and Bankruptcy law firm located in New Jersey, is seeking a NJ Barred attorney to assist on an ongoing, contract basis (bonus if candidate is also barred in NY). Job duties include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents to be filed in state and federal court, and interacting with clients. Candidates must be barred in NJ, have at least 3 years of COMMERCIAL litigation experience, and be immediately available on a contract basis.
