The Loans Technology Senior Project Manager will collaborate with multiple teams and team members to drive projects and support delivery and management of the Loan IQ program. The Project Manager should attain in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function. Requires fundamental commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Has responsibility for planning, quality, timeliness, and delivery of end results of an area.Responsibilities· Oversees diverse IT projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality and cost.· Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met.· Communicates with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.· Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.· Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals· Contributes to formulation of strategies for IT project leadership and other functional areas.· Applies in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area.· Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.· Ensures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards.· Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.· Role does not currently have people management in scope, but experience in supervising project teams/business analysts/project officers (not necessarily in a direct manager role) advantageous· Broad understanding of business practices· Demonstrated capacity to work in highly pressured & volatile environments.· Experience in process design, definition, innovation and change management/re-engineering· Track record in execution and delivery to deadlines· Ability to forge and sustain partnership with various cross functional teams· Ability to work independently and under pressure to manage deadlines· Exceptional attention to detail· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Superior planning & organizing skills, including detailed project plan development· Superior presentation skills and a facility for distilling complex information to senior management· Strong leadership skills· Virtual / remote management experienceQualifications:· 6-10 years’ experience with prior project management of technology-related projectsHighly desirable:· Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)· Advanced user of Microsoft Project· Experience with LoanIQ· Experience with Lending Technology project delivery· Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2)· Agile experience and certification, (e.g. CSM, A-CSM, CSPO, SAFe)Nice to haves:· Advanced user of Microsoft Visio· Experience with BlueworksEducation:· Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially master’s degreeThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
