Perform various administrative duties

Monitor, track and support dispatch & progress of orders on time and to meet delivery requirements

Notify and plan with inventory and sales management; warehouse; logistics for service changes

Adhere to guidelines for approving carriers

Approve freight bills and process bills of lading

Follow-up with carriers, as necessary Requirements - Ability to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

Comprehensive knowledge of Excel Formulas

This job is perfect for you if you can bring experience in purchasing, inventory control, transportation and warehousing functions to the role

Accurate, swift, data entry abilities

2+ years' experience with shipping/logistics
