The candidate must have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience as a mainframe developer.
The candidate must have an in-depth understanding of the mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, and DB2.
Hands-on experience using TSO / ISPF, XPEDITOR, FILEAID, SORT utilities.
Hands-on experience with version control tools such as Endeavor and scheduling tools as Zeke.
Expertise in batch processing and providing inputs for batch scheduling.
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Have extensive experience working on online transactional applications and not just batch.

Having worked in Financial Services, specifically trade or settlement is a plus, but not required.
