Maintenance Supervisor Urgently Hiring

Supervisor will assist in maintaining a smooth production operation by performing a daily routine of maintaining equipment through mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Also repairing, changeovers, machinery set up and minor installation of production equipment and also scheduled preventive maintenance of machines and equipment. Must have hands on electrical experience. Experience working on production and packaging equipment preferred. Responsible for daily minor troubleshooting and repair of packaging machines and equipment. Maintains machine parts and keeps change over tooling in good condition. Provides general preventive maintenance to packaging machines and equipment as required. Strives to increase productivity by completing maintenance, changeovers and repair work in timely and efficient manner. Maintain equipment, parts, and determines inventory spare part levels. Must show aptitude to increase to the next level. Must have machine shop knowledge and be able to operate machines like a drill press, vertical/horizontal band saw, etc. and work with power tools.Job Requirements: Industrial Maintenance Management experience. High School diploma or equivalent. Adequate communication, excellent mechanical, and problem solving skills.
