As a Managed Print Specialist you will be Responsible for generating sales in order to meet individual/team quotas and company business objectives. May manage existing accounts as part of a larger account team or could manage named accounts within a geography for a particular product or product set. A portion of incumbent earnings normally paid on quota via an incentive/commission scheme. Provide Regional coverage and expertise for Xerox Print Services (XPS), with primary ownership for the Assessment and Design phases of the XPS sales cycle.Benefits We Offer:

Primary Responsibilities:

Take the lead in providing expertise, consultation and support during the assigned phases of an XPS sales cycle.

Cleary articulate, both internally and externally, the dynamics of the current Managed Print Services market and what is driving businesses/partners to move towards the MPS model

Implement Xerox Print Services working processes and tools to Assess, Design, Implement and Manage [ADIM] an XPS solution to both existing clients as well as potential new clients

Coach and support sales team(s) in XPS prospect selection and initial development based on key defined selection criteria to address the “sweet spot” of XPS marketplace.

Develop, articulate and deliver to clients compelling value propositions describing the customer benefits by role (i.e. Finance, IT) of the XPS solution in terms of consistency and control, improved services, managing costs and managing compliance.

Develop working relationships with key players value chain partners and the various application teams that will be used in the Implementation and Manage phases of the XPS sales cycle

Take the lead in presenting proposed XPS solution to customers and influencing buy decisions

What You Need to Succeed:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred

Technology sales experience is preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service and rapport building abilities

Great interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities

Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Willingness to take risks and try innovative, new approaches

Valid Driver’s License with a relatively clean driving record

Up to six (6) weeks of EVOLVE Sales Development Program training hosted by the Xerox Global Learning and Development (L&D) team

Training includes field time, live prospecting, virtual classes, and self-paced eLearning

Upon EVOLVE Sales Development Program completion, the Sales Executive will have the ability to demonstrate foundational knowledge of the Xerox Value Proposition and apply the Xerox Sales Process and Tools
