Technical Operations, Engineering, and Cyber Security within NBCU Operations and Technology division is an $800M+ operating cash flow ($1.1B FCF). The group functions as a global shared service within NBCUniversal performing critical functions including Media, Broadcast and Studio Operations & Production, Content Supply Chain, Information Technology and Engineering, as well as Cyber Security. The group operates from numerous locations around the world, including New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles, Denver, and London.The FP&A Manager will play an integral role on the Tech Ops, Engineering, Cyber (TOEC) FP&A team, which oversees the consolidation and analysis of financial information (OCF, Capital, Headcount, Allocations) across multiple lines of business.  The position offers unique exposure to strategic planning that has an enterprise-wide impact.  This role will report to the VP of FP&A for Tech Ops, Engineering, Cyber and will manage the Capital and Allocation processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage consolidation and analysis of $300M capital and $700M allocation portfoliosEnsure accuracy and completeness of financial data, and provide regular reporting on financial performance, variances, and trendsIdentify and streamline system operations, reporting, and forecasting processesCollaborate with finance leads to tell an effective, concise, and consistent financial storySupport Controllership and HQ FP&A in monthly and quarterly closes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial performanceBuild effective business partner relationships with internal/external stakeholdersPerform various ad-hoc analyses including variance analysis, sensitivities, and other requests from senior managementLeadership and CultureBring a collaborative, hands-on approach to the work, and focus on team members’ careers and professional developmentPromote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverablesDevelop open communication and productive work relationships with senior leadership, operations leads, and the broader finance team
