You will be part of the Strategic Initiatives team and work closely with category leads, strategic account managers, business analysts, data & analytics team, and site merchandising
The Manager, Seller Planning for Home, is responsible for developing, executing, and communicating business critical reporting to help marketplace account managers analyze their business.
Act as a liaison because data analytics and the Home team, be the subject matter expert on any data or metric changes that impact the business.
Partner with Account Managers by providing seller level forecasts for key partners and help identify risks and opportunities in your areas of business.
Driving opportunity sizing and evaluation of new capabilities: develop analyses in support of new product launches and business concepts, to support prioritization; following key launches, analyze results in support of hindsight and future planning.
Partnering cross-functionally: build relationships with cross-functional partners to achieve aligned goals for the business; collaborate with marketplace analytics, leads, and strategic account managers on planning and forecasting
Experience leveraging data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau) to access insights and adjust reports

Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of experience in business management, omni-channel merchandising or financing.
Advance proficiency in MS Excel
Analytical skills; know how to analyze on how to drive decisions.
You are proactive and thrive in constantly evolving, fast-paced, dynamic environment, acting with a sense of urgency and curiosity.
