Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) Techno-functional Consultant: Techno-functional consultant with proven experience with Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management Systems (WMOS) and Labor Management module (LM). Responsible for assisting the current team with project related as well as unplanned support tasks resolving various issues associated with live locations while all members of the team work to continue rollout to future locations. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Manhattan WMS and LM, navigating the modules easily, connecting evidence of support issues with relevant module functionality and/or data locations. Furthermore, the candidate will take proactive action to identify, collaborate and resolve issues as they arise. Skills and Experience: - Knowledge of Manhattan Warehouse Management for Open Systems (WMOS), version 2019 (with some customizations) or later
- Familiar with base application modules, screens and reports
- Ability to query using Oracle SQL, diagnose and resolve inventory related issues
- Day-to-day troubleshooting
- Quick learner
- Prioritize and resolve multiple requests simultaneously
- 40% technical knowledge of data and/or architecture
- 60% functional knowledge such as
- Wave template configuration
- Activity tracking
- PIX transaction investigation
- Labor Management (LM) knowledge
- Distribution knowledge.
