SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions to guide assembly tasks

Inspect incoming materials using proper tools and equipment, and report any discrepancies for replacement or return

Assemble mechanical components and piping, maintaining accuracy and quality standards throughout the process

Perform quality checks on finished products and ensure all assemblies meet required specifications

Maintain and inventory tools and components required for daily assembly operations

Follow safety procedures and keep work areas organized and compliant with company standards

Communicate effectively with purchasing, vendors, and team members across departments

Support quality objectives and assist in process improvements as needed

Cross-train in different tasks and adapt to various roles within the production environment

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong mechanical skills; electrical aptitude is a plus

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints

Experience with mechanical assembly and piping installation

Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs with excellent visual acuity

Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and within a team

Effective communicator who can interact with colleagues, vendors, and customers

Adherence to safety and company policies; willing to wear necessary PPE

Adaptable and flexible under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
