Manufacturing Operations Process Improvement AnalystLocation:Eatontown, New Jersey, United StatesRequisition #:21000SRNPost Date:6 hours agoCareers that Change LivesIn this exciting role as a Manufacturing Operations Process Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, advocating for, and enabling the tools and methodologies that will drive process excellence. These tools include but are not limited to, Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, Workflow Maturity Assessments and LBM reduction/cost down methodologies. Lead, mentor and coach Lean Sigma projects across Medtronic. Plan, support, and provide training to others in the Lean Sigma methodology. Classroom facilitation of the Green Belt Curriculum. Support First Time Quality initiatives and risk mitigation. Implement improvements in current manufacturing methods and processes to improve quality and efficiency while driving down manufacturing costs year over year. Coordinates the timely transition of capable/proven new processes to the production floor. Ensures that solutions are consistent with organization objectives.

Supports the identification and initiation of continuous improvement and capital projects, guides financial justifications and project timelines.

Provide periodic updates of assigned projects to senior management, related to cost and quality and timing.

Works closely with cross-functional groups to provide or secure information, coordinate activities or collaborate to solve problems.

Supports, coaches and develops the belt pipeline to increase belt certifications year over year.

Coaches and develops Policy Deployment Maturity across all levels/Tiers.

Solves issues through information exchange, influence and active persuasion without the direct exercise of command, to gain the cooperation of other parties on program execution plans.

Must Have: Minimum RequirementsBachelors degree with a minimum of 2 years of business analysis or manufacturing process development experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.

Nice to HaveManufacturing process development experience, ideally in the medical device or Manufacturing industry

Knowledge of and experience in process optimization, qualification and validation techniques.

Experience in developing, implementing, and sustaining process improvements utilizing Six Sigma methodologies.

Previous Operational experience supporting New Product introduction to a manufacturing environment, ideally in the medical device industry.

Proven track record with process design and strong technical innovation capability.

Black Belt Certification preferred

Ability to sell concepts to a project team

Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

MS Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Minitab skills preferred.
