Description We are seeking a Marketing Manager for our team based in New Jersey. In this role, you will be expected to manage project assignments, ensure compliance with regulations on all creative requests, and facilitate clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee project assignments and support the intake, delegation, and tracking of creative marketing initiatives. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations in all creative requests. Manage the coordination of business cards. Facilitate communication of updates throughout the project lifecycle. Support the smooth operation of creative marketing campaigns for multiple departments. Review and approve creative tickets in Workfront to ensure all information is included and ready to assign to the designer. Support vendor relations, reprints, reorder notification, and project requests. Manage the routing of new employee business cards, set up jobs, and get approval from new hires via email. Execute proper archiving and filing of project files and FDA audit trail documents. Analyze the quality of final deliverables and adhere to FDA regulations. Develop and maintain effective client/vendor relationships. Coordinate printing & delivery schedules for internal customers.
