Material Flow Coordinator

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Vocational certification/relevant experience in Auto Industry Must have experience in materials management and inventory management. Candidate will be responsible for material planning email box, communicating with suppliers and RDCs regarding shipments (invoice follow up, shipment discrepancies, order correction/adjustments), following up /tracking open orders with local suppliers (providing regular reports to suppliers, updating ETA on POs, following with RDCs). System clean-up activities (cancelling dealer orders for NLA parts, clearing old POs, etc) Candidate will work on generating /updating reports using ILAS and/or SAP. Day to day will include monitoring and ordering inventory for special editions (working with various team to ensure availability as needed) and will be responsible for system clean-up activities (cancelling dealer orders for NLA parts, clearing old POs, etc) Data Analytics Focus - Candidate must be highly skilled in Excel with advanced skills such as V-Lookups, Formulas, Conditional formatting, vivid charts to assist in document management for team (storing POs and various documents in content management system according to policy). Candidate will be working directly with suppliers inquiring information and in communication via email. Should be highly organized and self-sufficient.
