Description We are offering a role in the Healthcare industry located in Princeton, New Jersey, 08540, United States. The job function is that of a Medical Receptionist, which offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Use of Greenway software for patient management Verification of medical insurance details of patients Scheduling appointments for consultations and follow-ups Assisting patients during their visits to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience Checking in patients and maintaining accurate records Regularly contacting patients for appointment reminders and updates Directing patients to the appropriate departments or personnel Registering new patients and updating existing patient records.Requirements Proficiency in using Greenway health information technology software Experience in medical insurance verification and understanding of related processes Ability to schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently Excellent patient assistance skills, including empathy and understanding Experience in patient check-in procedures and familiarity with related software Strong communication skills for contacting patients via phone, email, or in-person Ability to direct patients within the healthcare facility in a clear and friendly manner Experience in patient registration processes, including gathering and recording patient information Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
