-Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing mobility devices such as wheelchairs or stretchers.

-Ensure vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness for daily operations, including routine inspections and reporting of any mechanical issues.

-Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and patient transport documentation.

-Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating patience and empathy toward passengers with varying medical needs.

-Adhere to all traffic laws, company driving standards, and HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
