Supplier will provide Mobility Specialist services, responsibilities include but not limited to:• Support of all mobile devices and related support for the Sandoz, Princeton location.• Mobile devices deployment and training for all New Hires.• Inventory of Mobile devices at Sandoz.• 3rd Level Escalation Support: Daily monitoring of Field Incident Management system ( "Clarify ")• 3rd Level Escalation Support: Daily monitoring of Sandoz, Head Quarters, EH site and other Client affiliated companies via incident management Remedy system.• Procurement, deployment, break fix and tracking of all wireless assets which includes: Flip phones, iPhones, Mifi cards, iPads for Sandoz, CLIENT EH & Field Sales.• Video Conference back up for Sandoz site.

Technical Support Engineer:· Master the computations and reporting model and how it is currently managed globally using the Excel application.· Manage the reporting sheets and update on quarterly basis.· Meet with GIS teams to review the costs and update the sheet as requested by global operations.· Develop ad hoc calculations in excel to complete the necessary tasks.· Provide quarterly reports to each Business unit under the LSC.· Automate routine tasks in Excel to speed up the process.· Support the mobility team in processing incidents and researching problems.· Support the mobility on ad hoc projects.· Create automation procedures as requested by the team lead and other team members.· Develop an application in Access to automate the monthly Telecommunication and Telecommunication bill.· Import all CU, GDDB and data from other resources into the database application to generate ad hoc reports· Develop an interface to manage exceptions and ability to export the changes to the vendor as a mass update.

Mobility Customer Support:· Provide Installation support for new iPhone, and iPad.· Provide customer support on all mobile devices – iPhone, iPads, mifi, blackberry· Coordinate with suppliers – Telecommunication, A&T, Sprint, and Vodafone to troubleshoot, provision new devices and terminate contracts.· Answer all customer questions regarding mobility devices.· Monitor and pick up the hot line as instructed by the team lead.· Work with the team to collaborate on resolving mobility issues and projects.· Resolve incidents and work orders and provide escalated support to customers.· Support the service Desk and the Interact Studios in managing customer mobility questions and concerns.
