Key ResponsibilitiesImprove manufacturing KPIs such as Productivity, OEE, Cycle Time, and Internal Defect Cost (IDC). Provide technical support for production processes, machines, and equipment through analysis and problem solving. Support Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) activities with local and international teams. Participate in machine upgrades, automation improvements, and jig/fixture development projects. Support capacity expansion and new model introduction activities for assembly lines. Review and improve PFMEA, Control Plans, and manufacturing processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance and product quality.
