NLP Engineer/ Remote

Job Title: NLP Engineer Location: Remote Job Description:- We are looking for resources skilled and experienced in the areas below:

• Architecture and solutioning chat agents
• Rearchitect and deploy new agents
• Experience in NLP/chatbot development like Dialogflow, MS Luis, Amazon Lex etc
• Supporting Ongoing maintenance and enhancements of all live agents in production
• Reviewing and improving existing conversation flows and chatbot implementations
• Leveraging personalization in chatbots
• Backend integration of these agents, working with connectors etc
• Integration with Client's instance of Google Business Messages ( "GBM) and Live agent transfer

• Ecomm/Digital Marketing background - Order Issues, Order Status, Login Issues, Logistic Options, Change/Cancel Orders, Loyalty FAQs, Loyalty Account Support
• Background in AI
