Key Responsibilities:
1,Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
2,Set up new customer accounts and maintain customer records
3,Process and send invoices
4,Perform general bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Desktop
5,Support technicians and management with administrative tasks
6,Manage email communications and customer service inquiries
Requirements:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is required
Previous experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Compensation & Benefits:
