Solutions Electronics is a fast-paced and growing service organization specializing in appliance repair. We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Clerk to join our team and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Position Overview
The Office Clerk will provide administrative and clerical support to the office team. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent communication skills to ensure that office tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and assist customers professionally.
Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems (service tickets, customer records, invoices, etc.).
Prepare, scan, and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
Assist with scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and managing calendars.
Process mail, deliveries, and basic billing or payment entries.
Communicate with vendors, technicians, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain office supplies and keep work areas organized.
Perform other clerical and support tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy environment.
