On Site Superintendent

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on On-Site Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of a residential property. This would be a part-time position. This role includes a fully subsidized 1 bedroom apartment as the sole compensation.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs as needed across the property

Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests

Regularly mow lawns and maintain landscaping

Salt and shovel walkways and common areas during snow/ice events

Keep exterior areas clean and free of debris

Monitor the property for any safety or repair issues and address them proactively

Coordinate with management and vendors when specialized repairs are required

Qualifications:

Prior experience in building maintenance or as a superintendent preferred

Ability to operate lawn mowers, snow blowers, and other maintenance equipment

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Must be physically capable of performing hands-on work in all weather conditions

Reliable, professional, and courteous in all tenant interactions

Compensation:

Subsidized rent for on-site apartment unit.

As needed for maintenance work orders and task assigned, on-call availability required for emergencies
